On-Site Safety

Pintail Safety specializes in on-site safety. Experienced in all kinds of occupational environments, our safety personnel are experienced, flexible, and mobile. We have all of the equipment, training, and experience necessary to help you maintain a safe work environment. We will work around the needs of your company, whether you need full or part-time supervision, or long or short term assistance.

Our on-site safety services include:

• Conducting safety meetings (one-time or monthly)

• Providing training

• Completing job safety analyses (JSAs)

• Performing safety audits

• Conducting incident investigations (more on this below)

• Drafting corrective action reports

• Performing any other safety-related work you need on the job

Our personnel are all certified First Aid / CPR instructors, and all services can be conducted in English or Spanish as needed.

Incident Investigation

• Take photographs

• Take statements (from all those involved, including witnesses)

• Escort injured employees to the doctor to be certain the employee is cared for, and to help mitigate recordable incidents

• File claims (if applicable), and see them to completion

• Conduct a thorough Root Cause Analysis, examining direct, indirect, and associated causes

• Develop an action plan for corrective and preventative measures and controls
